Lilly expands manufacturing in India

Eli Lilly and Co. plans to invest more than $1 billion in India to expand manufacturing and supply through local drugmakers, as reported by Reuters.  Lilly aims to increase availability of key drugs for obesity, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, cancer and autoimmune conditions, according to the company.
